The Corporate Planning Department assures proper management and implementation of new and special projects. Business solutions, system development, process and systems mapping are just few of the services that this department can provide. Achieving efficiency and productivity are its utmost goal for every operation.

• Project Planning and Development Team (New and Special Projects, Transfer Plans, Business Solutions)

• Budgetary estimates / RFQ for new projects and transfer

• Cost component and profitability cost analysis (shared with Cost Accounting)

• System development (automation) and implementation (shared with CIT)

• Short and long term capacity setting and analysis for headcount and space requirements

• Documentation of new business processes (DP-OP)

• Operations Support Team (Operations Planning and Scheduling, Cost Improvement, Optimal Capacity)

• Equipment and/or vehicle planning and scheduling with reference to standards (to ensure maximum utilization and load factor of equipment used)

• Process and systems mapping (waste elimination and improvement)

• Operations execution versus plan (operations performance measurement and monitoring)

• Monitor compliance to system enhancements and/or implementation of new systems

• Monitor phase-in or start-up implementation stage of new projects

The Corporate Planning team banners its major achievement with the Air21-Smartmatic/Comelec Project. This project efficiently distributed the official ballots and CF cards used during the first Philippine Automated Polls.
